Dosage form Oral Solution Composition Indications & target animals A wide broad spectrum antibodic to treat the majority of respiratory, Gastrointestinal and urinary diseases in poultry and various animals. Administration & dosages Dosage and Usage: For poultry:
From 1 day to 3 weeks 1 ml of NORTRYL for every 2 liters of drinking water for 3 days
More than 3 weeks: 0.1 ml per 1 kg of bird weight per day for 3 days
Rabbits, cats and dogs: 1 ml of NORTRYL per 20 kg of live weight daily for three days
(Equivalent to 5 mg norefloxacin per 1 kg body weight)
Calves, sheep and goats: 1 ml of Nutrilil for every 40 kg of live weight daily for 3 days
(Equivalent to 2.5 mg Norfloxacin per 1 kg body weight)
Note :
In severe cases and in the case of salmonella and pasteurella, the treatment period is extended to 5 days Withdrawal period Meat: Milk:
The treatment of animals for slaughter and human consumption shall be stopped for at least:
- Seven days before the slaughter of calves, sheep and goats
